Welcome to Eminent Edification (Pvt) Ltd.

By purchasing any course, class, seminar, recorded session, study material, or educational service through our website or Learning Management System , you agree to the following payment and refund terms.

1. Digital Educational Services

Eminent Edification (Pvt) Ltd provides educational services including:

  • Online live classes
  • Recorded lesson access
  • Downloadable or viewable study materials (tutes)
  • LMS-based learning resources
  • Seminars and workshops
  • Physical and online tuition programs

Since these services provide immediate access to digital educational content and intellectual property, all purchases are considered final.

2. No Refund Policy

  • All payments made to Eminent Edification (Pvt) Ltd are non-refundable.
  • Once a student is enrolled and payment is successfully processed:
      1. Upon successful payment, students will receive access only to the specific purchased course(s).
      2. Recorded lessons, LMS resources, study materials, and tutes related to the purchased course will be made available according to the class schedule. The recordings will only be available after the relevant physical class/session has been conducted.
      3. Access is limited only to the purchased educational content and does not include unrestricted access to the entire LMS library or all courses offered by Eminent Edification (Pvt) Ltd.
      4. Since access to digital educational content is provided immediately, all payments are non-refundable.Therefore, refunds, cancellations, or reversals will not be provided under any circumstances.
      5. Students and parents are kindly advised to carefully review course details before making payments.

3. Course Selection Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct:

  • Subject
  • Grade
  • Teacher
  • Batch
  • Course type
  • Medium
  • Session

Before completing payment, please ensure that all selected course information is accurate.

Eminent Edification (Pvt) Ltd will not be responsible for incorrect purchases made by users.

4. Duplicate or Accidental Payments

If a customer is charged more than once for the same course due to a verified technical or payment gateway error, the matter will be investigated.

Approved duplicate payments may be:

  • Credited toward another course, or
  • Refunded at the sole discretion of management after verification.

Processing may take several business days depending on the payment provider and banking institution.

5. Access to LMS Materials

  • Course access, recorded sessions, and downloadable/viewable educational materials are intended solely for the registered student.
  • Sharing, distributing, reproducing, recording, or reselling any LMS content, videos, or study materials without written permission from Eminent Edification (Pvt) Ltd is strictly prohibited.

6. Technical Issues

If students experience technical difficulties accessing the LMS or course materials, they should contact our support team promptly.

We will make reasonable efforts to restore access and resolve technical issues. However, technical issues do not qualify for refunds.

7. Class Changes or Cancellations

Eminent Edification (Pvt) Ltd reserves the right to:

  • Reschedule classes
  • Change instructors when necessary
  • Update course content
  • Modify class timings
  • Cancel programs due to unavoidable circumstances

In such cases, alternative arrangements or credits may be provided where applicable.
